Today your flight will touch down in Kashgar. We will meet you at the airport exit with a welcome board. Then a comfortable drive will send you to the local hotel for check in. The rest of the day is free to explore the city on your own. Rest up and get ready for tomorrow's adventure!

Your today's trip now kicks off!

The first stop is Bulongkol Lake. Driving on the China and Pakistan Highway, enjoy your time admiring the magnificent Bulongkol Lake, also known as Baisha Mountain (White Sand Mountain). It is located in the Pamir Platea. Alternating between the dark rock and white sand, the scenery outlines a perfect calligraphic masterpiece, which looks quiet and beautiful.

Then turn to the mysterious Karakul Lake, where herds of livestock are reflected as Kirghiz herdsmen usually settle down and graze their herds by the lake.

After visiting, drive to Taxkorgan in the late afternoon and have a good rest. Look forward to tomorrow!

Today, before driving back to Kashgar, we will first visit the Stone Fortress.

The city is oval in shape and the city walls were built with sun-dried bricks on stone foundation. Over the past few years, new wooden pathways have been constructed to allow tourist to walk these beautiful grasslands, known as the Golden Grassland. From here you can get even better photos of the Stone Fortress. You can also walk around the pastureland to see Local Tajiks customs. 

Then head back to Kashgar and our stop is the famous Sunday bazaar, which consists of two parts, the covered bazaar and animal bazaar. The covered one sells the clothing, nuts, household goods and many things out of your imagination, while the outdoor one is the first bazaar we will visit, where the farmers and buyers arrive by various ways, such as donkey cart, horseback or bicycle, with their animals.

Freshen up in the morning and start your day! We will meet you at the hotel lobby.

Then enjoy full day in Kashgar city exploration.

Our first stop is the Kashgar Old Town where you can enjoy the special culture and experience local lifestyle. Come and join the exciting movement in this well-preserved Uighur residential area. Our speciality: relaxing in the Hundred-years Tea house, taste the local rose tea and nang-bread!

After that, visit the Idigar Mosque, the largest Mosque in China and the most sacred mosque for the locals to practise their Islamic activities. 

Following a lunch in the local restaurant, continue the tour to the Apak Hoja Tomb, which is the holiest place in Xinjiang and an architectural treasure.

Then you will take the flight to Urumqi for overnight stay.

Arrangements for today day make for the experience of a lifetime. Morning after breakfast we will drive on the S21 Desert highway to Burqin.

Upon arrival, you will enjoy the stunning views of Ulungur Lake. It is an ideal home of migratory birds, famous for its abundance of fish. This wetland park is vast in territory, rich in aquatic products, with the valuable wetland resources, and the ecological system is typical, uniqueness and diversity.

Continue to enjoy the beautiful sunset of Five-colored Beach and walking into the colorful Beach, you will feel as if in a dream world. The unique lava landscape consisted of purplish red, vandyke red, yellow and light green mudstone, sandstone and gravel. This is the most beautiful colorful Beach, masterpiece of nature, and miracle of Burqin.

After enjoying your breakfast in the hotel, we will travel to Hemu.

It is a Tuwa village nestled in a quiet valley in Kanas, dotted with Tuwa wooden huts and livestock in pens. Hemu village is one of the only three remaining Tuwa villages and also the largest and most remote one. Some people call Tuwans as “a primitive tribe wandering in the depths of Xinjiang”. The morning fog in Hemu is another must-see attraction in Kanas. The fog can be seen almost everyday here, so that it matches different seasons and presents distant charm. Gorgeous sunrise in Hemu is also worth expecting!

Morning excursion starts from driving along the mountain road to Kanas Nature Reserve.

It is China's only European-like ecological site that has been awarded the title of the "Pure Land of the World" due to its unspoiled natural scenery. En-route, appreciate the beautiful scenery of Kanas Lake. Upon arrival, you can climb the Fish Pavilion and enjoy a panoramic view of Kanas. 

After the visit, have a good rest at your hotel!

In the morning, wake up leisurely and enjoy the gentle sunshine shining over the Kanas.

Then prepare luggage for your next travel place and in the afternoon, you will take the flight to Urumqi.

Upon arrival, we will send you to the local hotel for check in and the rest of the day is free to explore the city on your own. 

Start your day after breakfast! Today we will drive to Turpan.

A must and first visit is the oldest Uighur village, Tuyoq Village, located in the very center of Flaming Mountain Canyon. It used to be the holy site of Buddhism and Islam. The village consists of four parts: Canyon scenery, Thousand Buddha Caves, Maza tomb and some old buildings.

Then drive to enjoy the scenery of Jiaohe Ruins with a history of 2,300 years lies between two rivers on a loess plateau atop a cliff of over 30m. It is one of the best preserved ruins of its ancient era in China, it was include in the World Heritage List on June 22, 2014.

Next, let's turn to visit the Karez Well, which is special kind of irrigation system, here you can not only visit this ancient irrigation system, but also get rid of the heat of summer.

After the visiting, we will drive back to Urumqi for overnight stay.

After breakfast in the hotel, your Xinjiang tour is about to end, say goodbye to Urumqi and we will transfer you to airport to catch your flight back to your sweet home. Wish you a pleasant journey home!
