10 Days North Xinjiang Hiking and Sightseeing Tour

Today you will catch the flight to Urumqi. We will meet you at the airport with a welcome board, then bring you to the downtown hotel and check in. Have a good rest and prepare for tomorrow's wonderful trip!

Your Xinjiang group tour now kicks off! Today we will drive to the beautiful Fuhai.

Before going there, let's pay a visit to another picturesque place -- Heavenly Lake! It is surrounded by the snow mountains, blooming wildflowers, evergreen pine trees so as to be an ideal resort as you can go there all the year round, enjoy the different view of the lake. Trekking along the lake leisurely or you can explore further to the Maya Mountain by the cable car to enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains and the lake. If you prefer water sports, then boating on the lake will be an excellent idea! Fully connected with the lovely lake by touching the water and appreciating the incredibly beautiful scenery at the same time.

Then continue to drive to Fuhai. Upon arrival, we can enjoy the stunning views of Ulungur Lake. It is an ideal home of migratory birds, famous for its abundance of fish. This wetland park is vast in territory, rich in aquatic products, with the valuable wetland resources, and the ecological system is typical, uniqueness and diversity. 

After enjoying your breakfast in the hotel, we will travel to Hemu.

It is a Tuwa village nestled in a quiet valley in Kanas, dotted with Tuwa wooden huts and livestock in pens. Hemu village is one of the only three remaining Tuwa villages and also the largest and most remote one. Some people call Tuwans as "a primitive tribe wandering in the depths of Xinjiang". The morning fog in Hemu is another must-see attraction in Kanas. The fog can be seen almost everyday here, so that it matches different seasons and presents distant charm. Gorgeous sunrise in Hemu is also worth expecting!

Morning excursion starts from hiking to the small Meilifeng to enjoy the bird's view of Hemu village. Along the way, let all the refreshing scenery please your eyes and souls to the utmost. You can also prepare some snacks and water. Remember to bring your camera!

Freshen up in the morning and start your day! We will meet you at the hotel lobby and then drive along the mountain road to Kanas Nature Reserve.

It is China's only European-like ecological site that has been awarded the title of the "Pure Land of the World" due to its unspoiled natural scenery. En-route, appreciate the beautiful scenery of Kanas Lake. Upon arrival, you can climb the Fish Pavilion and enjoy a panoramic view of Kanas. 

Then in the afternoon, strolling around the Kanas village to feel the local culture and history. 

After the visit, we will have a dinner and, have a good rest at your hotel!

Another day in the beautiful Kanas Nature Reserve! 

Today after breakfast, enjoy the morning mist and have some free time, then we will start today's hiking journey. The guide will accompany you during hiking.

After hiking, we will take the shuttle bus to Jiadengyu for overnight stay. Have a good rest.

Today will be one of the unforgettable experiences as we will head to Burqin.

Enjoying the scenery of Five-colored Beach and walking into the colorful Beach, you will feel as if in a dream world. The unique lava landscape consisted of purplish red, vandyke red, yellow and light green mudstone, sandstone and gravel. this is the most beautiful colorful Beach, masterpiece of nature, and miracle of Burqin.

After visiting, say farewell to Burqin and travel along the Gurbantunggut Desert to the Urho Ghost City, also known as "Wuerhe Wind City", a unique wind-eroded geological area commonly referred to as "wind city" because of the frequent howling winds.

Start your day after breakfast! Then drive you to Urumqi for overnight stay.

We will pass by the Dushanzi Grand Canyon with 100-400 meters wide. After the river rushes out of the Tianshan Mountains, it cuts into the magical scenic canyon formed by the sloping plain to the southwest of Dushanzi. The terraces on both sides of the canyon can be clearly seen, which can be divided into at least 9 levels. The alluvial gullies formed by the snow and rainwater flowing down from the Tianshan Mountains through the soil here carved out these strange landscapes on the valley walls. The canyon starts from the foot of the mountain and forms distinct layers of soil on the grassland. Standing on the top of the canyon, you can see all the scenery and it will more than live up to all of your expectations!

This wonderful day will start from driving about 1 hour to Shuixigou County at 9 a.m.

Then we start to hike about 10kms one way to the water fall in the valley or You can take the shuttle Electronic cart.

Then we will back to the entrance to have lunch in the local Kazahk Yurt.

After that, drive back to Urumqi and have a good rest!

After breakfast in the hotel, your China tour is about to end, say goodbye to Urumqi and we will transfer you to airport to catch your flight back to your sweet home. Wish you a pleasant journey home!
