Three-area Revolution Memorial Museum Located in the People's Park of Yining City, the memorial is a group of constructions with Islamic features. It was built in 1959, covering an area of 66700 square meters and divided into two parts, namely the mausoleum area and exhibition hall. A monument of 13 meters high stands in the mausoleum area. and on its frontispiece and two sides there engraved epigraph written by Chairman Mao in Chinese. Uygur and Kazakh respectively. There are over one hundred photos and cultural relics displaying in the exhibition hall. These items show quite detailedly the stories of the martyrs and officers and soldiers of the National Army of the Three Regions, and the commemorative activities held by people of various circles and nationalities after the set up of the memorial.
